VIENNOISERIE CHALLENGE
3 hours · up to 8 participants · work in pairs

Each duo becomes a mini bakery team for the day, learning the secrets behind buttery croissants and pain au chocolat. Participants will work in pairs, with each duo choosing to craft either croissants or pain au chocolat.

During the session, everyone will also enjoy a tasting of freshly baked croissants and pain au chocolat. At the end, each participant brings home their own creations.

BAGUETTE & ONION SOUP RUN
2.5 hours · up to 16 participants

Your group becomes a small bistro for the day, split into teams: some make baguettes from scratch while others assist Chef Eric with onion prep and caramelisation during a live demo.

During the session, the soup is served on site with freshly baked baguettes.

At the end, each participant takes home their own handmade baguette to enjoy later with family or friends

QUICHE & CRÈME BRÛLÉE WORKSHOP
2.5–3 hours · up to 16 participants

Your group becomes a small French kitchen for the day, learning two classics. Each participant will prepare their own mini quiche from scratch and make their own crème brûlée with a perfect caramelised top.

During the session, Chef Eric will guide a live, hands-on workshop, with participants working through each step of both recipes. Everything is then enjoyed on site, fresh from the oven and freshly torched.
