Our Helper training provides à la carte or certified programs, combining flexibility and expert-led skill development.
Our Culinary Workshops for Domestic Helpers provide a wide selection of classes covering essential topics in French cooking. The sessions take the form of demonstrations or practical workshops.
The workshops take place in fully equipped kitchens, enabling participants to experience a professional culinary setting. With only 6 helpers per session, each student receives personal guidance from a French chef as they work on refined recipes and techniques.
During each session, every participant learns techniques adapted to the time and equipment constraints of domestic helpers, avoiding the use of specialized tools or appliances. In addition, they receive free lifetime access to our mobile app, which provides links for buying ingredients, video tutorials of the dishes covered, and a concise, step-by-step recipe guide.
