Each 3-hour session takes place in our Serangoon Garden Studio, a cozy, human-sized kitchen located in a private condo residence, ensuring personalized attention and a safe environment.
In this hands-on baking camp, your child will:
Bake authentic French pastries each day
Use high-quality ingredients available in Singapore
Bring home their own sweet creations
Receive waterproof, step-by-step recipe cards with sourcing links
Over 5 delicious days, your child will learn essential pastry skills while having fun and building confidence in the kitchen.

MONDAY (2PM-5PM) – LEMON MERINGUE TART
A crisp tart shell filled with tangy lemon curd, topped with fluffy toasted meringue
TUESDAY (2PM-5PM) – MADELEINES & CHOUQUETTES
Shell-shaped sponge cakes and airy choux puffs sprinkled with pearl sugar
WEDNESDAY (2PM-5PM) – CROISSANTS & PAIN AU CHOCOLAT
Classic buttery French viennoiseries: flaky croissants and chocolate-filled pastries
THURSDAY (2PM-5PM) – FRAISIER CAKE
A delicate strawberry cake with layers of sponge, cream, and fresh strawberries
FRIDAY (10AM-13PM) – TARTE TATIN
An upside-down caramelized apple tart, a true French classic
